The Eisenhower Matrix has four quadrants along two axes:

Importance and urgency.

For every activity or task, think whether it is important? Is it urgent?

Place the activities/tasks in the right quadrant based on your answers. The Quadrants determine what to do in a task

• Important and urgent → Do it
• Important but not urgent → Schedule it
• Urgent but not important → Delegate it
• Not urgent and not important → Don't do it
